This is the title of the hour-long seminar to be presented by Lyndy Burnham, Marketing and Data Security Specialist of The Hudson Group. The presentation will be given as part of the morning seminar series offered by the New England Livery Association at its annual trade show and conference. The show will be held at the DCU Convention Center in Worcester MA. The trade show is open to NELA members and non-members and is targeted at providing a local trade show experience for New England regional transportation operators who may not always have the ability to travel to some of the larger publication-sponsored meetings.
Lyndy Burnham has written articles on PCI compliance that have appeared in A Livery Affair - the NELA’s official newsletter as well as Chauffeur Driven magazine. Lyndy is the person at The Hudson Group who coordinated the effort that lead to Hudson’s HGTS (Hudson Ground Transportation System) reservation and dispatching suite to be Accepted by the PCI Security Standards Council as PA-DSS Accepted Payment Application. This important achievement validates that the Hudson system processes and stores personal and credit card data according to the latest PCI industry security standards.
